Shipping Policy

Shipping in Canada
We use Canada Post or UPS for deliveries within Canada. Shipping fees are $9.75. Any order totaling $150 or more (before taxes) qualifies for free shipping. We prioritize fast delivery of your packages; however, delivery times and lost packages are beyond our control. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or any costs related to returned goods. Fees associated with reshipping an unclaimed order from the post office within the allotted time are the responsibility of the customer. Guacamole reserves the right to modify its shipping policy at any time without notice.

International Shipping
We use local postal services to deliver your packages. Shipping fees are $22. Any order totaling $150 or more qualifies for free shipping. We prioritize timely delivery; however, delays and lost packages are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or any fees related to returned goods. Fees associated with reshipping an unclaimed order from the post office within the allotted time are the responsibility of the customer. Similarly, any shipping costs for exchanged items must be paid by the customer.

Please Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of your package, depending on your country. Guacamole cannot be held responsible for these costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check applicable fees before placing an order. Customs duties and other taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
